Live translation software for churches
Your voice. Their language. The same message.
Kerygma Live translates your sermon into live captions and spoken audio. Let people follow on their own phones, and bring translated subtitles to your church screens and livestream—with terminology shaped by your church’s theological tradition.
More than word-for-word translation
One sermon. Multiple languages.
Connected to the tools you already use.
Connect your church’s audio, choose your languages, and share the service. Kerygma Live brings together live translation, church-specific terminology, Scripture-reference detection and reusable voice profiles, with source and translated records your team can inspect.
Our mission: Your voice. Their language. The same message.
Helping churches carry the Gospel across language barriers.
On their own phone
Share your service link as a QR code on a welcome slide, printed card or bulletin. People scan it with their phone and open the service in their browser.
The Word proclaimed.
The message understood.
ONE SERMON · MULTIPLE LANGUAGES
Listeners choose a language and read live translated captions. When translated audio is enabled, they can listen through their own headphones. Online listeners use the same service link alongside your livestream.
Today, we open God’s Word together.
The hope we have in Christ is a message worth sharing.
No listener account or app download. A QR code simply opens your service link.
In the sanctuary & on the livestream
Create a language-specific output, copy its link, and add it to your presentation or streaming workflow.
Illustrative translated sermon text · Transparent lower-third output
Choose transparent lower thirds over your service video, a full-screen caption display, or plain text for a compatible text source. Adjust the language, text size and clearing time from your church console.
Keep the message accessible after Sunday. From Kerygma Live Studio, your church team can export timestamped SRT subtitles in each translated language for your recorded sermons, YouTube uploads and video editor. Adjust the timing to match your recording.
Use a browser input in vMix, a supported Web object in ProPresenter, or a browser-window capture in FreeShow. Text-file workflows are also available. Setup and transparency depend on your software version—rehearse your chosen output before the service.
How it works
A guided setup for pastors, sound teams and ministry volunteers. Connect your sound, prepare the translation, then choose where it appears.
Connect a microphone or audio interface and run a sound check before the service begins.
Set your spoken and listener languages. Configure your church’s theological terminology and enable translated audio where your plan and voice provider support it.
Share the service link or a QR code for phones. Add your translated caption output to your presentation software or livestream.
Rooted in Scripture. Built to serve the church.
The same message
Words such as grace, covenant and communion carry theological meaning. Configure preferred expressions and terms to avoid, drawing on your denomination’s tradition and your church’s teaching. Kerygma Live uses this context to guide translation and detects Scripture references in the message.
Terminology follows a hierarchy: shared vocabulary, denomination, church, pastor and service context. More specific choices can take precedence, helping preserve the language your congregation knows.
Source transcripts and translated records remain linked, so your team can inspect what was spoken and how it was translated. Translation history provides a basis for review and accountability.
Church terminology guides the system; it does not guarantee doctrinal accuracy. Review important language and rehearse with your ministry team.
AI interpretation can make mistakes. Rehearse with your ministry team and review important theological language before a service.
Beyond the translated words
Voice identity & consent
A reusable voice profile connects a speaker to an approved provider voice. With the speaker’s explicit consent and a compatible provider, a cloned voice can deliver the translated audio with a familiar voice identity.
Consent can be revoked. Generic translated voices are another option, and captions can continue when speech output is unavailable.
Each voice has a reusable profile and voice ID. Voice cloning requires the speaker’s permission and a compatible voice provider.
Review & corrections
Review the source transcript alongside its translations. Authorized reviewers can correct translated wording while retaining the original record and its history—so your team can care for both the language and the meaning.
Review · Correct · Preserve the original
Trace corrections back to the original message. Keep a clear record of what changed and who reviewed it.
